We will provide you with the latest umpiring field mechanics and classroom instruction and assist you to improve in your field mechanics and rules knowledge. Come Join Pacific Baseball Umpires and become a High School Certified Umpire. 		<description><![CDATA[<p>Pacific Baseball Umpires is committed to improving the skills and knowledge of all baseball umpires in Southern California. Starting in January of each year our instructional staff will begin a comprehensive program of classroom and field instruction. Those new to umpiring will be given the tools to begin officiating competently and confidently. Experienced umpires can also benefit from field instruction tailored to improve their skills.</p>
<p>National Federation (High School Rules) will be covered (see map below for classroom location.)</p>
<p>Pacific&#8217;s instructional staff includes NCAA Division I umpires and instructors who are currently working or have worked in professional baseball.</p>
<p>Pacific&#8217;s full instructional program is available to all members at no additional cost. For more information contact our Umpire Development Director.</p>
