About Us

Pacific Baseball Umpires was created in 2003 in order to provide an organization dedicated to the needs of San Diego baseball umpires. The current board of directors is committed to supporting umpires achieve their personal goals by providing first rate education, evaluation, mentoring, and assigning services. The members of Pacific Baseball Umpires are dedicated to conducting themselves with integrity and the utmost professionalism on and off the field. Pacific Baseball Umpires is a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation.

Pacific was accredited by the state CIF office in October 2003 for a period of six years and our accreditation was renewed for another six years in 2010.   Pacific has a contract with the CIF San Diego Section to provide officials to all North County high schools.
